How do I know a tradesman is really verified?
Before any profile goes live, a real person on our team checks the tradesman’s trade registration documents. No profile is listed until that check passes. There is no automated rubber stamp.
How do reviews work?
Reviews come from two places only: a client whose job was booked and completed through the site, or a past client the tradesman invited with a private link. Each review is labelled as booked or invited. There is no open review form, so a stranger can’t leave one.
How does payment work?
You pay the tradesman directly, at the price you agree with him. TrustedTrades never holds or touches the money and takes no cut. If you add the agreed price to your booking request, it stays on record in the chat.
What does it cost homeowners?
Nothing. Searching, messaging and booking tradesmen is free. You only pay for the work itself, directly to the tradesman, at the price you agree before the job starts.
