How do I know a tradesman is really verified?
Before any profile goes live, a real person on our team checks the tradesman’s trade registration documents. No profile is listed until that check passes. There is no automated rubber stamp.
How do reviews work?
Reviews can only be left by a client after a job booked through the platform is completed. You see feedback from your own suburb, not anonymous star ratings from strangers across the country.
How does payment protection work?
You pay through the platform via PayFast. Your money is held safely and is only released to the tradesman once you confirm the job is done. If something goes wrong, the money has not left your side of the table.
What does it cost homeowners?
Searching, comparing and messaging tradesmen is free. You only pay for the work itself, at the price you agree with the tradesman before the job starts.
